Aupair Program is the Cultural Exchange Program mainly directed towards taking care of children, old and disabled people. Aupair is the French expression meaning “at the same level” which means that Aupair is more treated as a family member rather than an employer. Female clients with an age between 18-26, High school level completed, good command in English and some experience in childcare field would be a good fit for the program.

The participant in this program has to look after the children of their Host family and do some light household work as per the requirement and she in turn gets food and lodging, weekly stipend and the opportunity to take some course there. This is all the formal saying. It all depends upon the mutual understanding between the Aupair and the Host family. Visa duration of this program is 12 month. During their period of stay the Aupair is expected to learn the Culture, Life style of their Host Family and explain their own to them.

The major responsibilities of the Aupair, but not limited to, are as follows :

1.Look after all the activities of the children.

2.Change diapers, prepare meals, feed the children, wash their clothes, take to school and bring back home, help with studies and homeworks depending upon the age group of the children.

3.Help the Host family with some light household works

4.Disable care if the child needs.

5.Make the children aware of their daily routines.
