ACCOMODATION DETAILS

JOB LOCATION

Most of the jobs are located throughout the United States. Many are in Nebraska and Kansas, in the central part of America. Many are in Georgia and Mississippi, in the southern region of the country. Some are in Pennsylvania, Maine, New Jersey and Connecticut, in the north east and some are in the far west.

ELIGIBILITY

• Single, 21-29 years of age, with consideration given to applicants aged 18-32.
• In good health, without limitations that would prohibit participating fully in training activities.
• Secondary school graduates.
• Minimum 2 years’ practical experience in chosen field since the age of 16.
• Conversant in English.
• Committed to the program.

STIPENDS

Participants will be receiving approximately 700 to 900 USD monthly depending on the specific placement and the average week duration.

HOSPITALITY INTERNSHIPS IN USA

 

INTRODUCTION

We provide unique opportunities for students and professionals seeking specialized training and experience in the field of hospitality management in USA.

Designed specifically for college students and recent graduates pursuing a career in the hospitality industry, this program provides the practical learning skills and education certification necessary to help you succeed in the hospitality industry.

Interns will be placed in some of the most beautiful and most prestigious vacation resorts and country clubs in the world and will be working side by side with other trainees from all over the world.

JOB LOCATIONS

Interns are arranged Cultural exchange and training programs around the United States. Below are a few of the many hotels/resorts where trainees have the opportunity to complete their practical training experience.

Florida : Macro Island, Naples, Key West, Sandesti    n, Miama and Captiva Island.

South California : Myrtle Beach, Hilton Head

POSITIONS

Trainee positions are available in the following disciplines :

• Food Service
• Front Office
• Retail
• Housekeeping Supervisor
• Resort activities
• Culinary
• Hospitality accounting

 

PAY

The rate of pay and the stipend varies, depending on the location and position that the trainee will be assigned.
For trainee positions in Florida the average rate of pay is $8.00-$9.00 per hour. If the position is tipped position then tipped hourly wages will apply.
For some positions there is monthly stipend of US$ 400 paid to Interns.

ACCOMODATION

Trainees are provided with a Housing Assistance program. Housing options varies from Host property to Host property. The average cost of housing and utilities is $350-$400 per month.

ELIGIBILITY

• Must be University graduates who have been out of school for no more than 12 months. This program can be repeated as long as you maintain student status or begin the internship within 12 months of graduation. Internships must be related to your field of study.
• Between age of 22-35.
• Submit a recognized English Language test score (TOEFL, Cambridge etc.), an evaluation letter from a certified English instructor and/or any certification indicating intermediate to advanced level of English language ability. 550 TOEFL equivalent required for Paid Internship option.
